In Newsletter #51: We have some exciting news!


 

Summer’s “officially” over, but most of us still feel like we need a vacation! That’s because for us here at ALICE, summer has been uncharacteristically busy. We’re so excited we can finally share with you what we’ve been working on these past few months.

First, at the end of August, we closed our fourth round of funding - a $26M Series B (read the announcement). This fundraise gives us the capital to continue working towards our mission of empowering hoteliers with the very best in operations and guest engagement technology. As you can imagine, we’re looking to add talent to our brilliant team. If you’re interested, please check out our open positions!

Then, today, we announced that ALICE has acquired GoConcierge, an industry leader in concierge software (read the announcement). We are truly excited to welcome GoConcierge’s team and customers to the ALICE platform.

GoConcierge is a company we have admired and respected since founding ALICE. Over the last 20 years, they have built a global customer base of incredible concierge teams who value the role innovative technology plays in guest experience management. When you think of concierge technology, you think of GoConcierge.

The GoConcierge team shares a very similar DNA to us, with a strong desire to provide the best customer service and technology experience. Together, we look forward to the huge potential this collaboration offers both sets of current and future customers. Please help us welcome Adam Isrow and the GoConcierge team to ALICE!
