COVID-19 ALICE Travel Policy Announcement

Dear Hoteliers

We are reaching out to simply extend our support and offer a helping hand during these times of concern. As such, we have temporarily suspended all travel for our employees due to COVID-19. 

The ALICE team is confident in our robust tools and Remote Training Package to help support you in bringing ALICE to your staff as planned. We have launched countless hotels remotely before and look forward to ensuring a successful and safe training experience for all parties. 

Please know, the entire ALICE Success Team is still here - our support hours have gone unchanged, and our team of hard-working associates are available to assist with any inquiries, questions, or concerns you may have. We encourage you to browse our support site for quick tips, tricks, and answers that may enable your team to best utilize ALICE throughout this difficult period.

In addition, we are working on developing more tools and resources to help you better utilize ALICE during a time of need, including COVID-19 checklists for housekeeping and maintenance and reports to help optimize in times of lean operations.
