ALICE Celebrates Halloween 2020 (Virtually!)

Halloween has arrived at ALICE! Having a distributed, global team means Halloween at ALICE is always celebrated virtually around the world.

Since ALICE’s team is globally distributed (located across 13 countries and 15 U.S. states), Halloween is actually one of our most-participated-in holidays as a company and we take it very seriously! We move our weekly All-Hands to be on whichever day Halloween falls on and take up half the time to have a costume contest. 

Our remote team members dress up at home and participate on the video call. We then all vote for a winner who receives a travel prize. We also have a global pumpkin carving contest where employees submit photos of their carved pumpkins in the week leading up to Halloween.
