ALICE is excited to share it has been named to the 2021 list of Top 10 Best Places to Work in Hotel Tech, by Hotel Tech Report (HTR). HTR surveys thousands of hotel tech employees around the world about what it’s like inside the operations of the industry’s greatest technology companies, and being on this list is an honor and testament to ALICE’s commitment to its people.
While navigating the toughest year in the history of our industry, we have been able to maintain a great place to work by prioritizing self-care, encouraging work-life balance, opportunities for career development, and connecting our global team virtually.
This ain’t ALICE’s first rodeo, well it’s their fourth if we want to be precise about it. ALICE has made Hotel Tech Report’s Best Places to Work list 4 years in a row (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021). ALICE is an incredible place to work for former hoteliers, because employees truly act as a strategic extension of their partner properties. During the pandemic, ALICE quickly pivoted to rollout closure checklists and other free assets to help partners quickly reconfigure their operations for the new normal.

A company value that has allowed us to scale our company and protect its culture is our value of continuous improvement. We’re on a path of constant curiosity and trying to find better ways to do things. ALICE has grown from 3 humble founders to a team of 86 since our beginnings in 2013. We believe that great work can happen anywhere in the world, and one of the best things ALICE has done as a company has been to build a foundation for employees all over the world to be effective. We’re proud of the fact that almost half of ALICE’s team works remotely, calling 13 different countries home, and that this year, more than ever, we were able to feel more connected and supported during difficult times.
