ALICE is excited to share we have been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019!
Hitting newsstands today in the June 2019 issue, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.
Inc. Magazine surveys thousands of employees globally about what it’s like inside the world’s greatest companies. After collecting data on nearly 2,000 submissions, Inc. identified 346 finalists; being included on this list is truly an honor and a testament to our commitment to our people.
While more than doubling ALICE’s workforce over the past year, we have been able to create a great place to work by encouraging transparency, opportunities for career development, and a globally connected team culture.
The companies that scored the highest on the list are leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity.
Working at ALICE has been a transformative experience, in both working for a company that is innovative, but also caring deeply for the health of its staff. I have had the opportunity to build and design a department with our leadership team, and it is an experience I would not have had if not for ALICE. The team goes out of its way to communicate, and if there are breakdowns in communication, they acknowledge them, and then make adjustments where needed. The leadership team is deeply human and respond in a way that allows those that are on their teams to have direct access and a transparency that many companies don't possess. I am very proud to be a part of the ALICE team, and can honestly say this is the FIRST company that I have worked at where I have not considered what I'll be doing after... ALICE is the foreseeable future for me.

ALICE has grown from 3 humble founders to a global team of 135, since our beginnings in 2013. We believe that great work can happen anywhere in the world, and one of the best perks ALICE has developed is a foundation for employees globally to be effective and connected.
We’re proud of the fact that more than half of ALICE’s team works remotely, calling 16 different countries home. We consider ourselves global thinkers and travelers. Instead of adapting our processes for our remote employees after the fact, we built processes with them in mind, constantly testing for how they hold up and enhancing them.
ALICE has an incredibly dedicated team spread across the world serving the global hospitality community. We have a team that operates in more than 16 time zones, and it is really inspiring to see so many cultures working together. I love that our mission has a human element to it, building a platform that helps staff deliver exceptional hospitality. We have all experienced great hospitality before and I love being a part of a team that is building a solution to provide stronger guest experiences. At ALICE I am constantly learning, being challenged, and seeing how the hospitality industry is evolving from our efforts. My favorite part is seeing the feedback from our customers on how they can now do their jobs more effectively using ALICE’s platform.
