ALICE Town Hall is the quarterly kick-off event we have held since the company was founded in 2013. This quarter, we had a hybrid version including both virtual and in-person activities. Members of the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams were invited to our office in New York City for job-specific training including comprehensive workshops from our parent company, ASG. For those who attended in person, we kicked off the week with welcome drinks at a speakeasy. Cheers ALICErs!
Next, we got down to business. As usual, Town Hall consisted of our Leadership Presentation, a review of the previous quarter, and the Employee Value Awards. This presentation was special because it included a farewell to our founders, Alex Shashou and Justin Effron. They are moving on to new ventures, but will always be part of the ALICE family.
Our Employee Value Award winner was Enterprise Sales Analyst, Kenza Sebbar. Some of the stellar feedback for Kenza from her teammates is as follows:
“Kenza has jumped into her new role supporting the entire sales team with bundles of energy and enthusiasm. She has supported multiple initiatives to help build our sales pipe, target our prospects, her willingness to help extends to attending conferences, jumping on client meetings, running internal reports, preparing decks and sharing account info across the wider team. The most telling part to me is her constant question. "How can I help you?" This for me has defined Kenza, a willingness to offer help to all. So grateful to have Kenza on the team!”
Additionally, we had three team members receive honorable mentions -- Kayla Galli, Aileen Jiminez, and Suzanne Frush, all of whom had overwhelmingly positive nominations. Thank you for your contributions and for making ALICE the wonderful workplace that it is.
After the Founders’ Presentation, there were sessions held by the Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, and Technology departments on their goals and roadmaps for the year. This was followed by an open Q&A for all remote and in-person employees.
Finally, we had workshops about Value Propositions and Ideal Customers for the in-person employees. That evening, we participated in an escape-the-room as a team bonding event!
Last but not least, we saw Freestyle Love Supreme on Broadway, and had a blast.
Thanks for an amazing Q4 2021 Town Hall, ALICErs. We are looking forward to the exciting quarter ahead of us! Learn more about the ALICE team & current openings to join us.
