ALICE's Design Team Has Their Offsite in Rio De Janeiro

Last week ALICE’s Design team held their team offsite in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Since almost all of our Design team lives in Rio de Janeiro, it was a great opportunity for our VP of Design to fly in and spend a few days with the team. 

The offsite was a 2-day retreat that gave the entire department an opportunity to come together to focus on strategy and planning, as well as some team-bonding.

Some of the sessions they held were around skill-mapping, goal setting, understanding ALICE users, and defining design processes. The team also was able to spend time barbecuing together and watching a documentary on design.
